  I received the customer service recommended rope for macrame. It was so stiff I couldn't even tie a knot. I called and the agent said that was I ordered. I could return the rope and pay shipping and restocking charges. They called back and waived the restock charge.I was warned if the product was not in original shape I would not get a refund.I sent the product back using the RMA they emailed me. They now accuse me of sending it to the wrong place. When I stated they provided the address the agent accused me of being mean and hung up on me.. They charged me$350.00 plus $52.41 shipping. I have since bought cotton macrame rope from another supplier. There is no comparison. They have the rope and my money. I doubt I will ever see a refund. I would never want to deal with these people again.
